Food can feel overwhelming. With endless rules, trends, and expectations, it’s easy to feel lost—like no matter what you do, it’s not enough or not the “right” way. I know what it’s like to be stuck in the cycle of yo-yo dieting, constantly trying to fix my body instead of learning to support it.
Everything shifted when I started studying nutrition—not just from a clinical perspective, but with intention. When I began fueling my body in a way that aligned with me, I discovered energy, freedom, and clarity I didn’t know was possible.
I became a Registered Dietitian to help others experience that same transformation.
