Liying Wu is a licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist.
Liying studied Chinese Medicine in Beijing China, got her medical degree from Beijing college of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1983. She worked as a physician at hospital, specialize in internal medicine for seven years in Beijing before came to United States.
After she got her acupuncture license of Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine in early 90’, she started teaching at New England school of acupuncture, the nation's oldest school of Oriental Medicine. She taught introduction to the clinic, clinic skills, and the herbal program of internal medicine, she also supervised in acupuncture and herbal clinic for about 7 years.
She has a lot of working at hospital and private practice experience in US, include Aids Care Project in Boston; Spence Center for Women's Health in Braintree; Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston and South Shore Hospital.
She had her own practice Evergreen Acupuncture and Herbs in Dedham for almost 29 years before she joined CBS Acupuncture.
